The Senate Select Committee on Superannuation and Financial Services will be holding Public Hearings in Sydney on matters relating to superannuation and financial services. The Committee is inquiring into:

a. prudential supervision and consumer protection for superannuation, banking and financial services;
b. the opportunities and constraints for Australia to become a centre for the provision of global financial services; and
c. enforcement of the Superannuation Guarantee Charge.

The program for the Committee's two days of hearings is attached. The venue for the hearings is as follows:
